With nearly three decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Hall has carved out a distinguished career in health care consulting. He currently excels as the chief executive officer of Passage Healthcare Solutions, a position he has held since 2022. In this role, he oversees nationwide operations with offices in Seattle, Arlington, Wilmington, and Syracuse. He extends his expertise to various health care systems across the United States, collaborates closely with the board, chief executive officers, and leadership teams, and frequently visits facilities. He is dedicated to working with organization members to initiate and implement successful strategies, ensuring health care solutions within the organization and optimizing organizational design.
Before his current role, Mr. Hall served as senior health care executive and advisor at COORS Leadership Capital from 2021 to 2023. He also held the position of chief executive officer and district superintendent at Island Health from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, he held several roles with Community Health Systems. In 2019, he was the interim market chief executive officer at Alliance Health, Durant & Madill. From 2017 to 2019, he served as assistant chief executive officer at NW Health Medical Center in Springdale. Additionally, he was assistant chief executive officer and administrator at NW Health Physician’s Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville from 2016 to 2017, and assistant chief nursing officer at College Station Medical Center from 2014 to 2016.
Mr. Hall began his career in health care as director of emergency and trauma services at Evergreen Health from 2008 to 2011, followed by Baylor Scott & White Health from 2011 to 2012. He continued in emergency services at Plaza Medical Center with HCA Healthcare from 2012 to 2014. His career also includes distinguished military service. He served as a lieutenant naval officer in the U.S. Navy from 2002 to 2010, a midshipman from 1998 to 2002, and a hospital corpsman from 1994 to 1998.
Laying a solid foundation for his future success, Mr. Hall pursued an education at Washington State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002. He continued his academic efforts at Johns Hopkins University, obtaining a master’s degree in health systems management and a Master of Business Administration from the Carey Business School in 2008. Following these accomplishments, he completed certification as a registered nurse through the Washington State Department of Health.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Hall remains affiliated with various organizations related to his areas of expertise. He volunteers with Viets for Afghans and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, the American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau at Georgetown University.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Hall has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized with the DFW Great 100 Nurse Award in 2014 and was presented with the Most Improved Throughput Award by the North Texas HCA Healthcare Division the same year. In 2013, he received the North Texas HCA Emergency Services Mentorship Award. Earlier in his career, he was honored with the Spirit of Nursing Award by the United States Army Nurse Corps and the National Student Nurses Association in 2002, as well as the President’s Leadership Award from Washington State University in 2002. Additionally, he earned a U.S. Navy Full Scholarship to Washington State University.
A standout moment in Mr. Hall’s career has been establishing trust by sitting at the table and directing organizations to provide more accessible high-quality care for their communities. As a nurse by profession, he places a high priority on patient-centered care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment. He attributes his achievements to his strong family values. During his formative years, he benefited from the unwavering support of his hardworking, principled parents, who instilled in him a sense of purpose and a desire to serve his community. Their positive influence sowed the seeds for his vision to effect meaningful change in society.
Looking ahead, Mr. Hall has set his sights on developing a nationwide organization that creates a positive impact on society. He is highly supportive of the journeys of his three talented children, all of whom are student-athletes and straight-A students. He and his wife are committed to ensuring that their children are successfully launched into college and well-prepared for the future. When giving advice to aspiring professionals, he emphasizes the importance of maintaining strong values, continuous learning, and a commitment to service. He believes that these principles are crucial for achieving long-term success and making a meaningful impact in any field.
