She laid a solid educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago in 2011 and a master’s degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago in 2014. A licensed clinical social worker, certified family trauma professional, and trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator, she integrates creative arts into her therapeutic practice, emphasizing the importance of healing through body and spirit. Looking to the future, she is dedicated to establishing an all-inclusive wellness retreat to address intergenerational trauma and launching a wellness-based app to empower communities.
