Highly educated in her respected field, Ms. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication disorders from California State University in Fullerton since 1992 and a Master of Science in communication disorders from the University of Redlands in 1994. Additionally, she received certification in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), a certificate in clinical competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and LSVT LOUD certification, and is licensed in SPEAK OUT!.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Richardson was a telepractice trainer and business coach at EverythingSLP from 2020 to 2022. She also garnered experience as a medical speech pathologist at AphasiaToolbox.com between 2014 and 2022 and at Telepractice Certification Community from 2014 to 2022. Ms. Richardson’s initial entry into business ownership was as a medical speech pathologist and owner at Oaks Speech Pathology Inc. between 2005 and 2014. Her expertise has been recognized through her “Aphasia Inclusion + Connection Workbook for Spouses: Practical Steps to Reconnect + Communicate” publication, which has been available on Amazon.com since October 2024. Ms. Richardson has also garnered recognition with various awards from the California Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and with a feature in Voyage Austin Magazine. She credits her success to connecting with the diverse group of individuals she serves, celebrating their victories, no matter how small, and building a positive rapport and trust in them.
