During this time, he additionally served in the classroom as an adjunct professor at Concordia University Ann Arbor and an adjunct faculty member at Jackson College between 2018 and 2019. In recent years, he obtained his certifications as a professional life coach from The American Association of Christian Counselors, as a supervisor for limited licensed counselors, as a clinical supervisor, and as a sexual addiction therapist from The International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, the latter of which he has cited as a significant career milestone. Looking toward the future, Mr. Eilers hopes to continue building his portfolio as a public speaker while exploring his options within his current clinic or a potential independent practice.
