Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Stiff has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She provided pro bono work with the Christian Challenge Campus Ministry and served as a peer mentor at Mentoring for FREE. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, the Delta Kappa Honor Society, the Psi Chi Honor Society, and Health Coach Institute, and was a member of the choir at New Life Church.

In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Stiff has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was recognized as employee of the year by Health Solutions. In the immediate future, she intends to write and publish a book in the next five years. Additionally, she plans to create two to three-month-long curricula and sell them while expanding her reach through speaking and writing.
