He established himself as a senior contract administrator of provider network development at Health Alliance Plan from 2002 to 2005. He was active as director of managed care at Mount Carmel Health System from 2005 to 2009. He contributed to Molina Healthcare as director of provider services and delegation oversight from 2009 to 2014.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Brown pursued an education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management in 1991. He concluded his studies at Xavier University, graduating with a Master of Healthcare Administration in hospital and healthcare administration in 1993. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He participated as a volunteer fireman with the Hollidaysburg Fire Department.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Brown has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with the Outstanding Young Men of America Award. In the immediate future, he anticipates advancing The Ohio State University towards a population management organization, a trajectory that involves preparing his organization to oversee and manage the comprehensive care of a population. This shift extends the focus beyond delivering individual care to assuming responsibility for the overall well-being of the population served.
