Since 1990, he was a member of the American Nurses Association and the Texas Nurses Association and was a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals since 2000. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic and desire to improve people’s lives. One of his most significant accomplishments was serving as a project manager in the United States for the Janssen One Dose Covid Vaccine. He oversaw the trials in the United States and was instrumental in bringing the vaccine to market.
Mr. Waldman ventured into the field of nursing following his mother’s multiple sclerosis diagnosis when he was in high school. He oriented towards nursing school so he could help her. He pursued clinical research with a desire to challenge himself in a dynamic setting and has enjoyed it ever since.
