Ms. Hill has excelled as the director of operations and founder of To Attain Healing, LLC, which she began in 2017, adding marriage and family therapy services to the practice in 2017. Previously, she served as a therapeutic behavior specialist for the Positive Education Program between 2013 and 2021. She worked as a career coach at Vocational Guidance Services from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, she found success as a social worker for Cuyahoga County between 2012 and 2014. She began her career as a psychiatric sitter at Legacy Medstaff, Professional Medical Staffing, between 2008 and 2016.
Having been passionate about mental health for many years, Ms. Hill decided to pursue an education in the field. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University in 2007. Subsequently, she earned a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from Liberty University in 2017. In 2022, she graduated with a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University with high honors and is currently working toward a doctorate.
Ms. Hill is dedicated to enhancing her community through volunteer work with several organizations, including Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere, homeless and community charities, holiday feeding at the local men’s shelter, and the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. She also contributes to the National Black Child Development Institute as a board member. Cleveland State University presented her with the Excellent Woman Award, and she serves as a member of the National Congress of Black Women, Inc., and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Citing the heartfelt connections she makes with her diverse clientele as the most rewarding aspect of her career, Ms. Hill aims to continue to ensure that mental health care remains a priority in her community. In the coming years, her goal is to travel internationally to spread the message of the benefits of holistic healthcare. Outside of work, she dedicates her time and attention to nature, adventure, traveling, and spending time with her family.
