With years of experience to her credit, Ms. Gaver has excelled as a certified addiction counselor and life coach with Stability Rebooted LLC since 2021. Moreover, she has served as a substance abuse counselor with Spectrum Health Systems since 2015. During this time, she was recognized as the Counselor of the Quarter by Spectrum Health Systems as a testament to her exceptional efforts. Prior to these positions, Ms. Gaver was active as a senior paraprofessional community outreach coordinator with Solutions Community Services between 2009 and 2014.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Gaver pursued an education at the University of West Georgia, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2008. To support her ambitions, she later obtained certifications as a life coach in 2019, in anger resolution in 2019, in experiential theory in 2019, as an anger management specialist in 2021, an addiction counselor in 2021 and a clinical supervisor by the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association in 2023. Attributing her success to her stellar mentors, including Sara Anderson and Diane Sherman, she was drawn to her field due to personal experiences, having been surrounded by addiction in her community and extended family throughout most of her life. She is incredibly proud of her ability to positively affect the lives of others, as she believes witnessing people turn their lives around to be more rewarding than financial gain. Looking toward the future, Ms. Gaver hopes to expand her team-building skills and ideas surrounding addition to a national level by teaching other counselors while simultaneously completing her master’s degree.
