As part of her vocational journey, she also pursued a formal education, originally attending Spalding University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in health science in 2003 and a Master of Science in occupational therapy in 2006. Having recently concluded her academic endeavors, Dr. Miles-Sullivan achieved a Doctor of Occupational Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023.
In addition to her academic credentials, Dr. Miles-Sullivan was certified in 2020 as a Reiki master, allowing her to guide others in unique methods of energy healing. To commemorate her achievements in the field, she has been honored with several Employee of the Month Awards. In light of her fulfilling career, she has largely attributed her success to her spirituality, as well as the support of her family and mentors. Accounting for her accomplishments, she is particularly proud of her work with those in underprivileged communities and regions. Looking to the future, Dr. Miles-Sullivan hopes to become an individual contractor, aiding others with non-traditional occupational therapy needs.
