Debra Fraser-Howze, principal and chief executive officer of D. Fraser Associates, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of public health.

Ms. Fraser-Howze leverages 35 years of experience as a proven expert in the health care industry. With a keen focus on health equity and public health, she has served as a principal and chief executive officer for D. Fraser Associates, which she founded in 2018. The company is well-regarded for its dedication to providing development solutions and other vital services for various corporations, primarily within the field of health care. Additionally, in 2020, Ms. Fraser-Howze founded the Choose Health Life Black Clergy Action Plan in New York. Having always strived as a leader in her profession, is also the founder and former chief executive officer of the National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS (now the National Black Leadership Commission on Health), where she served from 1987 to 2008. 

In her other civic-minded endeavors, Ms. Frazer-Howze continues to work alongside the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in the Greater Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania as a board member. Prior to beginning her career, she pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree at Hunter College in 1978. In her continued academic endeavors, she is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies at the Moravian Theological Seminary. To commemorate her accomplishments, Ms. Frazer-Howze was previously honored with The Scroll of Merit Award from the National Medical Association. Attributing much of her success to the many fruitful relationships she has developed throughout her career, she is particularly proud to have advised former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton during her time as a member of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV and AIDS from 1995-2001.
