He continued his education with a Master of Healthcare Administration with honors in 2021 from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville.

Mr. Grayson served as a resident assistant from 2013 to 2015 with the University of Tennessee and as a nursing assistant from 2015 to 2017 with the National HealthCare Corporation in Knoxville. From 2018 to the present, he has excelled as a nuclear medicine technologist with HCA Healthcare in Hendersonville. His responsibilities include preparing radiopharmaceuticals and performing procedures for lung scans, thyroid scans, heart scans, and bone scans. In addition, he observes how the body functions in order to help in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of conditions and diseases, employing imaging, chemistry, physics, mathematics and computer technology.

In 2000, Mr. Grayson founded Six Pack Coverage, a sports and entertainment media company based in Nashville bringing viewers trending news topics regarding sports, food, travel, fitness, entertainment and more.

Mr. Grayson attributes his success to hard work. He also enjoys reading motivational and self-help books that push him. He loves to outwork any of his competition in a respectful way and enjoys being able to get to places earlier, leaving places later, and putting in more work than what is required. Mr. Grayson owes a lot of what he does to his upbringing with what his parents and grandparents instilled in him to always keep working.

Mr. Grayson had always wanted to become a physician assistant since he was in high school and college. After an initial attempt to enter school to become a physician assistant, he was told in some of the interviews that he needed more healthcare experience. After finding out about nuclear medicine he decided to study it at Vanderbilt University, after which he got a job working at HCA and has been working there for four years. He considers his career highlight to be his student research on chronic traumatic encephalopathy, leading to his first-place win in annual meetings after presenting his findings and doing presentations.

In the coming years, Mr. Grayson’s goal is to move up to an administration role in healthcare. He aims to be placed in a challenging role in which he thinks he can succeed.
