Her work extends to facilitating family restoration, providing preventative wraparound services, and advocating for clients in crisis situations. Through her leadership, Dr. Gadson emphasizes the importance of serious leadership and compassionate approaches in all professional settings.

In addition to her role at Gadson Blueprint Academy, Dr. Gadson has found success as a psychotherapist with MW, where she contracts to provide trauma therapy and mental health services. Her commitment to addressing systemic flaws is evident in her efforts to equip professionals with the necessary tools to improve these systems. Dr. Gadson’s dedication to her selfless efforts is further exemplified by her involvement in leadership training and community discussions, where she offers continuous support without time constraints.

Dr. Gadson’s professional journey began with her service in the U.S. Army as a human resources sergeant from 2012 to 2018. In this capacity, she managed soldier records and personnel management at the brigade level, prioritizing the well-being of soldiers under her leadership. Dr. Gadson’s military experience instilled a strong sense of justice and resilience, qualities that have significantly influenced her approach to her current positions.

Dr. Gadson’s academic achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her career. She initially pursued an education at American Military University, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2016. She continued her formal studies with a Master of Social Work at Simmons University in 2019. She later enrolled at Walden University, obtaining a master’s degree in philosophy in 2022 before graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in human and social services in 2025. Currently completing a Master of Public Affairs at Indiana University Indianapolis, Dr. Gadson continues to expand her wealth of her expertise.

Dr. Gadson’s certifications further underscore her commitment to professional excellence. She is a certified parent instructor through AJ Novick Group Inc., a certified drug, alcohol, and addiction counselor with the Complimentary Therapist Accredited Association, and holds credentials as a sexual abuse youth clinician from the Indiana Association of Juvenile Sex Offender Practitioners. Additionally, Dr. Gadson is certified in life purpose coaching, etiquette and manners, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.

Beyond her primary endeavors, Dr. Gadson actively participates in civic organizations such as Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana as a board member since 2025. She likewise volunteers with homeless and gang outreach programs through Comprehensive Life Resource since 2019. Her contributions have been recognized with accolades including the Army Commendation Medal and the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.

In her personal life, Dr. Gadson enjoys watching television, researching documentaries, and writing. She is preparing to launch Legacy Method™, an initiative focused on trauma-informed policy reform and restorative leadership. With aspirations that include potentially running for governor of Indiana, Dr. Gadson aims to amplify the voices of women, children, and families who often go unheard while creating meaningful policy changes that address critical issues such as maternal mortality and postpartum depression.
