Erin Perry, PhD, BCBA-D, doctoral-level board-certified behavior analyst at Autism No More LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Perry has established a successful career in health care, focusing on research and development in science and technology. Since 2011, she has served as a doctoral-level board-certified behavior analyst at Autism No More LLC. In this role, she emphasizes an individualized approach to treatment, developing protocols tailored to address the unique challenges each child faces at their specific stage of development. Her experience also includes contract work with AB Services and active membership in the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Laying an educational foundation, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Louisiana State University and a PhD in school psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Additionally, she completed a doctoral-level internship at Emory University’s School of Medicine and is a doctoral-level board-certified behavior analyst.

Dr. Perry specializes in applied behavior analysis therapy, data analysis, behavioral treatment, and the development of research-based, individualized treatment protocols, with a focus on autism diagnosis and intervention. She emphasizes that applied behavior analysis therapy is distinct from traditional talk therapy, as it relies on an objective, data-driven approach to achieve specific treatment outcomes. Her expertise extends to analyzing data trends, designing tailored treatment plans, and developing effective data collection procedures. She frequently uses tools such as Excel for graphing and interpreting data, ensuring that her strategies are evidence-based and optimized to address the unique needs of each patient.

Dr. Perry takes great pride in her mission-driven work in North India between 2018 and 2020, specifically in Punjab near the Pakistan border. She focused on assisting children diagnosed with autism in a region where families faced significant challenges accessing treatment centers, often requiring five to six-hour journeys. By working directly with these children, she witnessed the profound barriers to resources and therapies commonly available in the United States. This experience also deepened her understanding of cultural differences and the importance of adaptability. During her time there, she also prioritized respectful engagement with the local culture, fostering trust and empowering families to collaborate effectively.

Dr. Perry attributes her success to her strong spiritual beliefs, viewing her work as a purpose guided by a higher power. Her passion for her mission drives her to engage in meaningful efforts, providing her with resilience and determination even during challenging times. She also credits her unwavering motivation stems from a deep love for her work, coupled with grit, persistence, and perseverance. She finds her greatest inspiration in witnessing the progress of the children she works with, and the positive changes research-based treatments bring to their lives. Looking to the future, she aims to expand her mission work internationally and establish a center in an underserved area, promoting the science of applied behavior analysis on a global scale. This goal aligns with her enduring dedication to empowering children to reach their full potential, ensuring their diagnosis or condition does not define their future. Additionally, she remains committed to her own professional growth and cultivating lasting joy in her work.
