Kasey Paquette, MHA, MBA, director of operations at Arya Medical Group and owner of Paquette Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care.
With over a decade of experience, Ms. Paquette has established a successful career in health care. She currently serves in multiple roles, including director of operations at Arya Medical Group since 2024, owner of Paquette Consulting since 2022, and operations manager at Arya Medical Group since 2017. Previously, she was a medical assistant to Dr. Ali Rashidian at Arya Medical Group from 2017 to 2022, served as chief operating officer at Fogg Remington Eyecare in 2022, and was a medical assistant for Dr. Alexander Majors at Sierra Pacific Orthopedic and Spine Center in 2014. She also dedicates her time with Kiwanis International, volunteer clean-up initiatives, and meal-serving programs. She is also a member of several honor societies, including the Golden Key International Honour Society, National Society of Leadership and Success, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, American Society for Clinical Pathology, American Honor Society, and Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society. Laying an educational foundation, she earned a bachelor’s degree in science and healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix in 2020, a master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare administration in 2022, and completed a medical assistant certificate at the Institute of Technology.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Paquette takes pride in establishing a certified rural health clinic from the ground up. She she built a fully operational primary care practice that began serving the community in September 2023. Over the following months, she navigated the intricate certification process, and by December 2023, the clinic attained certified rural health clinic status, becoming a vital resource for underserved communities. Looking to the future, she envisions expanding her collaboration with Arya Medical Group, focusing on innovative platforms that extend beyond traditional inpatient services and rural clinics. She is dedicated to enhancing community engagement, supporting health and wellness programs, and growing Arya Medical Group under the guidance of Dr. Ali Rashidian. Her plans also include establishing certified rural health clinics in specific areas to ensure surrounding communities have access to comprehensive health care.
