With nearly a decade and a half of experience, Dr. Tripp has established a successful career in health care. She currently serves as chief executive officer of Dr. Tripp & Associates, a Florida-based community mental health practice that has been under her leadership since 2022. The practice provides therapy services for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on high-conflict couples therapy. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, meeting with her executive team to strategize on marketing and growth and collaborating with various organizations to establish impactful partnerships. Her experience also includes serving as executive director at Sequel Youth and Family Services from 2021 to 2023, outpatient therapist at Sequel Youth and Family Services from 2018 to 2020, and mental health therapist at Centene Corporation from 2016 to 2019. She also worked as a case manager at One Hope United from 2014 to 2016, vocational rehabilitation specialist with the State of Florida from 2013 to 2016, and economic self-sufficiency specialist with the State of Florida from 2011 to 2013.

Laying a strong educational foundation, Dr. Tripp earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of South Florida in 2012, a Master of Science in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2016, and a Doctor of Marriage and family Therapy with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2020. Additionally, she is a licensed mental health counselor, a board-certified qualified supervisor in the State of Florida, and member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Dr. Tripp contributes to the community through pro bono work and by supporting initiatives such as NAMIWalks, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Humble Beginnings, and Project Pink and Green Foundation Inc. She is committed to making mental health care accessible to everyone, prioritizing client well-being over financial gain. Her practice stands out for its inclusive approach, accepting Medicaid to serve marginalized communities, Medicare to assist older adults on fixed incomes, and commercial insurance for working-class clients.
