Reflecting on her path, Ms. Mike takes great pride in winning the Parent Training Award at her company’s banquet, which recognized her for having the highest number of parent training hours in the company. She attributes her success to her empathy, which stems from her own experiences with dyslexia. Diagnosed in high school after struggling with reading at a first-grade level for years, she received professional support in a private school, which motivated her to assist clients and children facing similar challenges. In the coming years, she is focused on further developing her functional analysis skills and expanding her consulting work in this area. She also aims to establish her own company specializing in functional analysis, with a potential future plan to launch a center offering social skills programs for teenagers and children.
