Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles, including as a former member of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with the Marquis Humanitarian Award and received a recognition for his two decades of dedicated service with Health Net of California Inc.
Mr. Rubio’s entry into the healthcare and Medicare industry was motivated by his desire to support his wife. He sought a position that offered benefits, particularly medical coverage. His success in establishing relationships between doctors and Health Net of California Inc. stands out as one of his most notable career highlights, growing their network from 16 doctors in 1991 to over 400 by 2014. In the immediate future, he is determined to prioritize his health while ensuring the satisfaction of his clients. He also eagerly anticipates more frequent travels with his wife to visit their grandchildren.
