With over 10 years of experience to her credit, Dr. Soldyshev has excelled as managing partner at Prime Health Care Agency since 2021. She began her career as an anesthetist at Anesthesia Partners from 2011 to 2012 and subsequently at The Great Falls Clinic from 2012 to 2014. She worked as a fellow in the Pain Management Program Affiliated with AANA at Hamline University from 2014 to 2015.
Dr. Soldyshev contributed at Banner Health as a chief certified registered nurse anesthetist from 2014 to 2016 and as a pain provider from 2015 to 2016. She continued her career as a certified registered nurse anesthetist since 2016 at MAP Gottlieb and at NorthStar Anesthesia. She also acquired a certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
Before embarking on her professional path, Dr. Soldyshev pursued an education at Kharkiv National Medical University of Ukraine where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration in international business in 2004. She immigrated to the United States in 2004 and continued her studies at Washington University, graduating with a Master of Public Health in 2007. At Webster University, she obtained a Master of Science in anesthesia science in 2011. She was selected for a fellowship in Hamline University’s advanced pain management program in 2014. She concluded her studies at Barry University, completing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2018.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Dr. Soldyshev has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She donates to a charity for those who are in need in Kharkiv, Ukraine and has joined multiple medical mission trips. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology where she held the role of auditor and sat on the professional development committee and the continuing education committee.
