She notably developed the MedShip postsurgical care program, which is recognized nationwide for increasing compliance, offering convenience and improving patient outcomes. Ms. Schubert’s commitment to quality care is rooted in her belief that health care solutions must be practical, cost-efficient and tailored to meet patient needs. Her approach emphasizes patient education, ensuring individuals understand how to care for surgical incisions and support their own healing process.
Ms. Schubert also holds a position with Advanced Home Health and Hospice, where she works with patients who have up to six months to live. Her journey into health care was influenced by more than two decades in the medical device industry, where she balanced professional responsibilities with raising her daughter as a single mother.
Ms. Schubert’s educational background included coursework in biochemistry, electrical chemistry, cell anatomy and physiology, and natural law health at the International School of Detoxification in 2020. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing with concentrations in nursing administration, nursing research and clinical nursing from Medical College Landsberg in Germany in 1995. Ms. Schubert’s academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her clinical expertise and business acumen.
Beyond her formal education, Ms. Schubert holds several professional designations, including registered nurse operating room, lymphatic iridologist, detoxification specialist and hospice case manager. Born in Dohna in what was then East Germany, near the borders of the Czech Republic and Poland, Ms. Schubert’s early life was marked by profound challenges. At age 18, she escaped East Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall by crossing through two communist countries at significant personal risk. Grateful for how far she has come, Ms. Schubert’s integrity is her greatest asset. She consistently chooses authenticity over conformity, even when faced with difficult decisions. She also believes that integrity should never be compromised for career advancement, but rather integrated creatively into one’s professional path.
