In addition to her clinical role, Ms. White is the owner of Breath of Life LLC, a wellness and intuitive guidance practice she founded in 2021. Launching Breath of Life LLC just before the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. White’s journey into intuitive work came to fruition after obtaining certification as an intuitive practitioner, deepening her understanding of holistic health beyond conventional medicine. Dedicated to helping clients connect with their inner wisdom, Breath of Life LLC also assists them in becoming their best selves and living more fulfilling lives.
Before her current positions, Ms. White contributed her expertise as a registered nurse at Rivers Edge Hospital and Clinic from 2018 to 2022, where she was recognized for her compassionate approach and clinical acumen. Her earlier experience included serving as a certified nursing assistant at Fairview Health Services, Southdale Hospital, between 2015 and 2021. In this capacity, Ms. White provided essential care and support to patients across various medical settings.
In 2016, Ms. White held the position of registered nurse at Lakeview Hospital. She also succeeded as a certified nursing assistant and home health aide at Presbyterian Homes & Services from 2014 to 2015, where she demonstrated dedication to improving the quality of life for elderly residents. Ms. White’s foundational experience was evident when she worked as a personal care assistant for Student Experience during her college years, from 2013 to 2014. She also gained perspective into the field as an emergency room volunteer at Allina Health in Buffalo, New York, between 2007 and 2008.
Ms. White’s academic journey included positions at Trinity College in Hartford, where she served as a teaching assistant for analytical writing between 2009 and 2012, a multicultural recruitment intern from 2010 to 2011, and a student admissions associate from 2011 to 2012.
In preparation for her future, Ms. White earned a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 2016. These academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for her dual roles in clinical nursing and intuitive guidance.
Ms. White earned several professional credentials that underscore her expertise. She holds certification in medical intuitive practices, is a certified nursing assistant and holds registered nurse credentials. Her advanced training also included coursework in life-saving techniques, wound care and pediatrics, which have been instrumental throughout her years as an emergency room nurse and during her time working in medical-surgical settings.
Active in the medical community, Ms. White is a member of the Minnesota Nurses Association, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and advocacy within the nursing field. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is civically engaged as a participant in the Children’s Cancer Research Fund’s annual 5K event and as a donor to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Ms. White’s dedication to excellence was recognized with an Excellence in Healthcare Award from Health 2.0. She attributes her success to her determination and passion for helping others, qualities that have driven her despite challenges or doubts expressed by others regarding the scope of her ambitions.
