With a decade of experience, Mr. Hoppe has built a successful career in health care and product development. Since 2024, he has served as territory manager for Aspen Medical Products, collaborating with neurosurgery clinics to support patient rehabilitation, develop post-operative care programs, and enhance rehabilitation medical equipment. His experience also includes product specialist at Aspen Medical Products from 2023 to 2024, director of physicians at Our Lady of the Lake from 2022 to 2023, DME orthopedic and rehab program manager at Ochsner Health from 2021 to 2022, and orthopedic orthotic fitter at Ochsner Health from 2019 to 2021. He also served as studio manager and lead sales associate at Orangetheory Fitness in 2018 and as special projects and warehouse associate at Lipsey’s from 2014 to 2018. He laid a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology-human movement science in 2017, a Master of Science in kinesiology-sports management in 2020, and a Master of Business Administration in health care in 2022, all from Louisiana State University. He also earned certifications in diversity and inclusion from ESSEC Business School and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Hoppe considers his most significant achievement to be his rapid professional growth, achieved while simultaneously pursuing his education. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has been recognized as Employee of the Month and Leader of the Month for two years. Additionally, while only being with the company a short time, he is already a top contender for Rookie of the Year and a place in the President’s Council at Aspen. He attributes his success to becoming a father at 23, which motivated him to focus and excel. Looking to the future, he plans to invest in entrepreneurial ventures while continuing to advance in the health care industry. In his current role, he aims to achieve a promotion to regional manager.
