He also dedicates his time as a volunteer youth football defensive coordinator, Special Olympics supporter, and stem cell donor through the Get in the Game Be the Match program.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. White attributes his success to his father, a 30-year pharmaceutical veteran who inspired his career ambitions. He takes great pride in receiving Harmony Biosciences’ inaugural Pinnacle Award in 2024, recognizing his embodiment of company values and significant contributions. He was also named National Rookie of the Year at Johnson & Johnson in 2019. Looking to the future, he aspires to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and aims to advance to roles including national sales director, vice president of sales, and ultimately, chief executive officer.
