With two decades of experience, Ms. Keeney has established a successful career in business development and strategic planning, specializing in business intelligence, data engineering, startup companies, building data infrastructure, and data analysis. Since 2021, she has excelled as director of data enablement at Kindeva Drug Delivery, where she oversees all aspects of data management, executive reporting, maintaining data infrastructure, and facilitating self-service data access for end users. Her experience also includes serving as senior manager of performance analytics at Bind Benefits from 2019 to 2021, project associate at AthenaHealth from 2011 to 2019, and research associate at Eastern Virginia Medical School from 2008 to 2009 and Cranfield University at Kitakyushu from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in her career, she interned at Unipath, where she contributed to developing the world’s first digital pregnancy test in 2003.
Laying a solid educational foundation, Ms. Keeney earned a Bachelor of Medical Science in pharmacology from the University of Birmingham in 2001, a master’s degree in medical diagnostics from Cranfield University in 2004 and is currently pursuing a dual doctorate in business administration and strategic management from the Swiss School of Business and Management. Additionally, she earned a ITIL v4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2023, Looker First Look certification from LinkedIn in 2019, and Learning VBA in Excel from Lynda.com in 2017.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Keeney has contributed to several groundbreaking projects. As a research associate, she studied the neurological and behavioral effects of radiation exposure for NASA’s Mars mission, resulting in two publications in 2008. At Cranfield University, she was one of five selected to help develop a new campus in Kitakyushu, Japan, where her team’s work earned special recognition and a five-year visa from the Japanese government. She attributes her success to her strong determination, approaching challenges with tenacity and a refusal to accept “no” as the final answer. Looking to the future, she remains focused on continuous growth, staying engaged and passionate while making a positive impact on others.
