Highly qualified in her field, Ms. Naumann received a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Bangor University in North Wales in 1998, a Master of Science in nursing with a focus on nursing administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016 and coursework toward a doctorate in health care administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she holds multiple professional credentials, including being a certified joint commission professional through The Joint Commission and a certified professional in patient safety through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. In addition to her educational accomplishments, Ms. Naumann has found success in her professional community as a board member-at-large for the Maryland Association For Healthcare Quality since 2023 and as a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and the Maryland Health Care Risk Management. Her success has earned her a feature in Nursing Magazine in 2021, two previous Daisy Awards, a national accolade for nursing excellence in 2012 and 2013, and a Healthcare Hero Award from the Children’s National Health System. Ms. Naumann credits her success to her unwavering work ethic and steadfast commitment to achieving results.
