Laying an educational foundation, Ms. Jalloh earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in psychology from Goucher College in 2010 and a Master of Education in athletic program leadership and administration from Goucher College in 2012. Her educational achievements include a graduate fellowship at Goucher College in 2012 and earning a 3.83 GPA in her master’s program. She has also attained a Gusto payroll certification from Gusto Academy in 2024 and is a certified global career development facilitator through the Center for Credentialing & Education, as well as an International Organization for Standardization auditor.
Ms. Jalloh is also actively involved with the Anchor Foundation, DC Regional Christian Church, i-Care Foundation, Women Presidents Organization, and DC Chamber of Commerce. Reflecting on her path, her most significant accomplishment has been transforming her company into a renowned person-centered organization.
