In preparation for her career in the health care sector, Dr. Dhir received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2010, a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2017, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida in 2021. She also received credentials as a family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and CPR, basic life support and advanced cardiac life support certification through the American Health Association Inc. Dr. Dhir has been a registered nurse for over a decade, having begun her career at a small community hospital, and a nurse practitioner for over five years.
As part of her commitment to her field, Dr. Dhir is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also participates in various local causes, including the Lung Cancer Awareness Walk and the Breast Cancer Walk, has served on the blood donation committee at the American National Red Cross, and is an annual Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital donor. Grateful for her accomplishments, Dr. Dhir draws tremendous rewards from helping patients get well. As she prepares for the future, she intends to acquire more autonomy by launching a consulting company while contributing more to cancer research and other philanthropic pursuits.
