Jose Rolando Amado, MBA, principal managing partner at IMC Maddow Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care.
A distinguished leader in the health care sector, Mr. Amado has been at the helm of IMC Maddow Group since 2024 as the firm’s principal managing partner. In his leading role, he provides consulting expertise to clients regarding the construction and operation of nursing homes and post-acute care facilities, as well as policies and procedures. His expertise in post-acute care within the industry has been instrumental in his success in entrepreneurship.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Amado earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration in strategy from the University of Valparaiso in 2003. He also received credentials as a certified preceptor from Texas Health and Human Services and a licensed nursing facility administrator from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
Mr. Amado’s diverse expertise included serving as the chief executive officer at The Brightpointe from 2022 to 2024, executive director and regional operations leader and executive director at OnPointe between 2017 and 2022, and executive director at Ensign Services from 2012 to 2017. Among other noteworthy roles, he was the vice president of global marketing and sales at Co-Diagnostics Inc. between 2009 and 2012. Mr. Amado’s leadership expertise dates back to 1995 when he was a store manager at Toys R Us. Apart from his distinguished career, he has enjoyed affiliations with community organizations through membership and volunteer work. He credits his success to learning from his mistakes and looks forward to continuously serving others and making a positive impact in his work and philanthropy efforts.
