As the founder of Healing with Integrity, LLC, better known as Coheal, since 2023, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision of advancing safe, legal, and ethical practices for psychedelic medicine, overseeing fundraising efforts, and managing hiring processes. By providing these practitioners with a platform that encourages collaboration and the sharing of both knowledge and wisdom, Coheal advocates and supports effective methods of alternative medicine at all levels of care, especially for those with treatment-resistant ailments.
Mr. Leister’s leadership at Coheal is complemented by his concurrent role as a fractional chief marketing officer at Naitur.AI, which he established in 2024. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive marketing expertise to drive growth and innovation. Prior to these roles, he has excelled as the founder and managing partner at Sapere Aude since 2020. His entrepreneurial spirit is further evidenced by his involvement as an angel investor and advisor with Maya Health between 2022 and 2024. During this time, Mr. Liester provided strategic guidance and financial support to foster the aforementioned company’s development in the burgeoning field of psychedelic medicine.
Mr. Liester began his career with the Flight Centre Travel Group, where he held several key posts in their division focusing on their business within the Americas. He initially worked as a business development manager between 2016 and 2017 before advancing to become the director of business development from 2017 to 2019. Soon thereafter, he was appointed as the director of strategic initiatives between 2019 and 2021, a tenure in which he honed his skills in both strategic planning and business expansion. Mr. Liester ultimately departed the Flight Centre Travel Group in 2022, having served as the senior director of strategy from 2021 to 2022.
In addition to his primary endeavors, Mr. Liester has been active in organizations such as the International Baseball Community. His commitment extends beyond his professional life into civic engagement through associations with Habitat for Humanity International and the American Civil Liberties Union, to which he contributed as a donor. Born in Englewood, Mr. Liester’s personal interests align closely with his professional passions, particularly within the psychedelic medicine industry where he finds both heart and purpose.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Liester initially pursued an education at Colorado Mesa University, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2014. He eventually concluded his academic efforts at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Liester’s wealth of knowledge has been augmented by a number of certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Section4 Certified Product Strategist designation.
