Ms. Coker’s career trajectory reflects her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. Currently serving as the clinical director at Golden Steps ABA in Clarksville since 2023, she oversees programming, mentors registered behavior technicians and spearheads the implementation of innovative programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clientele. Prior to this role, she held various positions of increasing responsibility at the Autism Education & Therapy Center, culminating in her appointment as clinical director from 2018 to 2022.

A hallmark of Ms. Coker’s career is her unwavering dedication to expanding access to quality ABA services. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in establishing six clinics dedicated to serving children with autism. Her exemplary leadership and commitment to excellence have earned her recognition as the BCBA of the Month in 2023.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Coker finds solace and fulfillment in gardening and kayaking. As a single mother, she attributes her success to the unwavering support of her friends and family, whose assistance has been indispensable in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Looking ahead, Ms. Coker envisions further expanding her impact by establishing her own ABA company. Driven by a deep-seated passion for helping individuals with autism, she remains committed to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
