Currently serving as the clinical director at Golden Steps ABA in Clarksville since 2023, she oversees programming, mentors registered behavior technicians and spearheads the implementation of innovative programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clientele. Prior to this role, she held various positions of increasing responsibility at the Autism Education & Therapy Center, culminating in her appointment as clinical director from 2018 to 2022.

Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in establishing six clinics dedicated to serving children with autism.
