She attributes her success to her determination and positive outlook, which have been instrumental in overcoming various challenges. Additionally, she acknowledges the inspiration she received from her mother, who worked in the pharmacy sector, fueling her passion for a career in the medical field.

In reflecting on her career, Ms. Rancourt’s most notable achievement was obtaining ASCP certification immediately after college.
