Dr. Veronica A. Sites, independent trauma-informed behavioral coach, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in mental healthcare.

With over 20 years of experience to her credit, Mrs. Sites has excelled as an independent trauma-informed behavioral coach since 2021. She is regularly on call for the State Guard and remains on standby for their active-duty military State Guard. Her visits to hospitals and consequent research allow her to prepare daily training presentations. She began her career as secretary to the president of Criswell College from 2000 to 2003. She worked as a chaplain at Marketplace Chaplains from 2003 to 2005.

She continued her career as a crisis response chaplain at Victim Relief Ministries from 2003 to 2019. She served as an educator ELA and foreign languages at Garland ISD, part of Sachse High School, from 2005 to 2010. She established herself as an ambassador at Burleson Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2012 before transitioning to the role of certified Livingworks suicide prevention trainer and trauma-informed mental health and soul care coach at MV Performance Solutions LLC since 2014. She found success as a franchise owner of Mosquito Joe since 2015, a chaplain for the Texas Military Department since 2020, and a care pastor at Calvary Church Ft Worth from 2021 to 2023.

Before embarking on her professional path, Mrs. Sites pursued an education at The Criswell College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies mission in 2002. She continued her academic efforts at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating with a PhD in evangelism in 2006. She obtained a Doctor of Ministry in crisis response, theology, and trauma stress resilience from Primus University of Theology in 2019. She completed programs in stress management and coping skills, advanced critical incident stress management, suicide prevention, and coaching, team building, goal achievement, and public speaking. She holds certifications as a QPR gatekeeper instructor, a LivingWorks instructor, and as a safe talk instructor.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Mrs. Sites has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She held the role of chaplain at Victim Relief Ministries, equip leader and mentor at Gateway Church, response chaplain in the city of Burleson, and was a public speaker with Rotary International. She found success with her written works “Love Me to Life Suicide Recovery at Church” and “Conflict Resolutions Solutions; Tips to Prevent.” In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Association for Asian Studies, and the International Christian Coaching Institute.

In light of her impressive undertakings, Mrs. Sites has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was presented with the TXSG Good Conduct Medal, the TXSG Service Medal, the TXSG Achievement Medal, the Texas Humanitarian Service Medal, the Texas Medal of Merit, the TXSG Training Ribbon, the Excellence in Service Award from the United States Army 143 D Sustainment Command. She was recognized as Chaplain of the Year by SLI Mc Donald’s Corporation in 2004.
