Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Company: Triage Staffing
Location: Carson City, Nevada, United States
Phillip Vaughan, a registered respiratory therapist at Triage Staffing, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of healthcare.
Hailing from more than three decades of experience in his vocation, Mr. Vaughan has distinguished himself through his role at Triage Staffing, a leading travel nurse and medical professionals agency. Having worked with the organization since 2011, he specializes in rendering life support services for stricken patients, as well as educating clients on how to treat and prevent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Vaughan is primarily responsible for responding to emergency situations as they arise. Long dedicated to public service, he previously functioned as a registered respiratory therapist at the University of Washington from 2019 until 2021, and as a volunteer firefighter for numerous years.
Mr. Vaughan first became involved in his profession due to his extensive training as a firefighter and emergency medical technician. He ultimately heeded the advice of his father, a U.S. Air Force veteran, who suggested they both join a program through which they could apply their training. Outside of his professional efforts, he also collaborates with Operation Underground Railroad to combat child sex trafficking, as well as the Nazarene Fund, which renders aid to Christians facing persecution, and Tunnels to Towers, a nonprofit organization that works to honor the sacrifices of firefighters. Looking toward the future, Mr. Vaughan hopes to continue facing new challenges and participate in obstacle course racing – particularly the World’s Toughest Mudder competition.
