The recipient of a Leadership Plaque from the University of Mississippi in 2021, Mr. Williams is proud to have been interviewed and featured in a pair of articles surrounding a medical center in Colorado, for which he completed contract work, in 2022.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Williams pursued an education at the Wayne County Community College District, from which he earned an Associate of Science in sterile processing technology in 2008. He concluded his academic efforts at the University of Phoenix, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2018 and a Master of Healthcare Administration in 2020. He additionally acquired his certifications from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association and the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution. Attributing his success to his perseverance, his detail-oriented nature, and his desire to set a positive example for his children, Mr. Williams hopes to advance to an administrative role in his field in the coming years.
