With more than a decade of experience to her credit, Ms. Paulino has excelled as the executive director of the Ritmos Dance Company since the onset of her career in 2011. As a leader within the business, she specializes in therapy and trauma treatment for adolescents and young adults, primarily focusing on movement and dance therapy. Adjacent to her primary professional endeavors, she has also worked as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with Trust Therapeutics LLC since 2021. Ms. Paulino also worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & Metro West in Massachusetts from 2019 to 2021 as a college mentor and program specialist.
As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Paulino pursued a formal education, beginning at Dean College, where she earned an Associate of Arts in dance education in 2011. She subsequently continued her studies at Worcester State University and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2014. Ms. Paulino ultimately achieved a Master of Social Work at Springfield College in 2021. In addition to her academic credentials, she also earned a dance and movement therapy certification from Antioch University in 2021. Well-regarded for her professional accomplishments, Ms. Paulino has been honored with several accolades over the course of her career, most recently including her inclusion in the Worcester Business Journal 40 Under 40 in 2022. In light of her fulfilling career, she has largely attributed her success to her parents, who served as a constant source of inspiration.
