With many years of experience to his credit, Mr. Isleman has excelled as a medical technologist with Aureus since 2018. Playing a vital role in determining patient diagnosis in emergency situations, he performs laboratory tests and examines blood samples in his present position. He has been active as a medical technologist since 1984, having held the position at various sites across the country for more than 30 years before accepting his post with Aureus. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Isleman fondly recalls his 12-year tenure at the University of Louisville Hospital, during which time he notably worked with a pathologist to establish testing for lupus.

Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Isleman pursued an education at Tennessee Technological University, from which he obtained his certification as a medical laboratory technician. Between 1974 and 1979, he proudly served in the U.S. Army, from which he learned to be aware of his responsibilities, the importance of fulfilling his duty to the best of his ability and his desire to go above and beyond the expectations of others. Furthermore, Mr. Isleman remains affiliated with the American Medical Technologists, a nonprofit agency and membership association that represents more than 100,000 allied healthcare workers in his field.

Mr. Isleman has attributed his professional success to his commitment to his local church throughout his life as well as his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America, which instilled within him numerous necessary principles that have been helpful over the years. He was drawn to becoming a medical technologist after attending a course for medical laboratory technicians following his military service, as his certification enabled him to provide for his family while working almost anywhere in the United States. Looking toward the future, Mr. Isleman hopes to eventually cement his legacy while continuing to conduct his job as best as he possibly can.
