Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Dr. Kalous pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Psychology at Indiana University Bloomington in 2004 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2007. In addition to her academic credentials, she also holds several industry-related certifications, including as a manual physical therapist, clinical instructor and CPR-BLS provider. Outside of her primary vocation, she also remains dedicated to civic advocacy, regularly participating in charitable bicycle rides and races and volunteering as a dance performer and instructor in her community. Throughout her career, Dr. Kalous has strived to lead others with compassion, and she has largely attributed her success to her faith and dedication to providing the highest-quality care possible.
