Ms. DeTrempe obtained a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and teaching from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois in 2002. She is currently studying toward a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has earned White Belt Certification, Green Belt Certification and Black Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
After providing superior service as neuropsychiatric specialty district trainer with Merck & Co., Inc. from 2005 to 2012, Ms. DeTrempe excelled in institutional sales with Sunovion Pharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2013 and psychiatric account manager from 2013 to 2015 with H. Lundbeck A/S, a major pharmaceuticals firm based in Denmark.
Ms. DeTrempe attributes her success to her family for their motivation and support. Additionally, she has two daughters with special needs and instilling in them the importance of hard work is important to her in order to motivate her children to do their best. Receiving a President’s Club Award as well as leadership awards have been Ms. DeTrempe’s most notable accomplishments. She is also most proud of being able to partner with different hospital systems and different physicians to help raise better awareness for mental health. In the coming years, she sees herself in a management position as far as training management for a pharmaceutical or a genetics company.
