Patrick Hutton, Consultant at Blue cross Blue Shield, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in healthcare administration.

After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in sociology in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Dr. Hutton followed with a Master of Arts in psychology in 2005 and a Doctor of Philosophy in industrial/organizational psychology from Northcentral University. He is certified in the executive leadership program for healthcare professionals from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and the TTST program in addiction medicine and neuropharmalogical and pharmacologic management from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Since 2018, Dr. Hutton has excelled as a consultant in value-based healthcare for Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Additionally, he has provided superior service since 2015 as a clinical assistant professor of family and community medicine with BCBS of Oklahoma/University of Oklahoma (OU) Health Sciences Center and as an adjunct professor in the psychology, organizational dynamics program with OU.

Dr. Hutton served admirably from 2013 to 2018 as director of the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine, as manager of community health services and executive health with OU Physicians from 2011 to 2013, as health and wellness contractor and consultant from 2008 to 2013 with Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City, as a program director from 2009 to 2011 with the Oklahoma Insurance Department, and as president of FitCare from 2006 to 2009. In 2018, Dr. Hutton founded Neurointerview, a program utilizing the latest findings in neuroscience research to give employers a competitive advantage during the interview process.

Dr. Hutton has been selected for inclusion in Top 100 Healthcare Leaders, International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare and has been awarded a Golden Key by the International Honor Society. Additionally, Neurointerview captured a Top 50 Health Care Companies Award.
