After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston in 1991, Mr. Gyorda provided superior service as a community pharmacist from 1994 to 2007 with Brooks Pharmacy in Hampton, New Hampshire, and with CVS Caremark, also in Hampton, from 2007 to 2016. Since 2016 he has excelled as director of pharmacy operations with Hollis Pharmacy.
Mr. Gyorda has demonstrated his commitment to his community as a member of the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy, a volunteer with LifeWise Community Projects, Inc., a food pantry and soup kitchen volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul, an outreach worker for Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish, a volunteer for the Rotary Club of Hollis-Brookline and as a member of the Hollis Heritage Commission. His professional memberships include the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association and New Hampshire Independent Pharmacy Association.
Mr. Gyorda became involved in his profession because of his passion and desire to help other people especially those who are underserved in the community. He aspired to be of service to the people in the community through his work in the pharmaceutical industry. He considers his most notable achievement his appointment as director of pharmacy operations at Hollis Pharmacy in 2016. In the coming years, Mr. Gyorda intends to continue his work as a pharmacist and continue to serve his community.
