For the next five years, Ms. Smith worked with PARC and Manasota ARC, and was a member of the APD local review committee, rising to become chair from 2010 until 2013. She worked with Quest, Inc. until 2015, when she accepted her current position as clinical director of behavior services at Always Promoting Independence. Ms. Smith attributes her success to her self-driven and goal-oriented personality, and looks forward to continuing her work in the field. She is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Association of Professional Behavioral Analysts, and the Florida Association for Behavioral Analysis, and is currently working toward completing a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology at Capella University.
