Kent C. Hill, PT, DPT, Clinical Director of the Elite Physical Therapy/Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Providers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in physical therapy.

With a lifelong passion for helping others, Dr. Kent has dedicated his career to forming personal connections with each of his patients while assisting them on their paths to recovery through physical rehabilitation. He initially obtained a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise science with a minor in biology from the University of Mississippi in 2015 prior to earning a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2018. During this time, he served as an intern at Batesville Rehabilitation and a student physical therapist with Crossroads Rehabilitation, North Mississippi Health Services, Endurance Physical Therapy and the Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. He continued his professional career as a gross anatomy lab teaching assistant in 2017 before finding success as a staff physical therapist with the Drayer Physical Therapy Institute from 2018 to 2020.

In his current role as the clinical director, Dr. Hill is responsible for post-injury and postoperative care as well as geriatric and pediatric matters. Moreover, he performs dry needling as a way to treat muscle spasms and pain. Predominantly, he assists patients who experience back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. To remain abreast with advancements in the field, he has maintained professional affiliations with the American Physical Therapy Association and the Mississippi Physical Therapy Association. Further dedicated to the communities he serves, he is proud to contribute his expertise to Pillars with a Purpose while providing pro bono services to many rural areas of Mississippi. Looking toward the future, his goal is to open two additional clinics to provide quality medical care to underserved communities.
