Paula A. Vail, the owner of Wellness Inspired, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Providers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of alternative medicine.
After two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Ms. Vail pursued her passion for helping and healing others as a Reiki Master and trainer through Wellness Inspired. Reiki is the Japanese form of an alternative healing method that has seen widespread use in the Western hemisphere. With Wellness Inspired, Ms. Vail offers practice sessions and various classes for those seeking to attain similar self-empowerment, as well as those hoping to begin their own Reiki businesses.
An accomplished writer and speaker, Ms. Vail was featured in “America’s Leading Ladies,” 2019, alongside the likes of Melinda Gates and Oprah Winfrey to sharing her stories of success and inspiration. Ms. Vail self-published her newest book, “Why Am I So Happy?” in 2019, and is the host of a podcast and radio show; “Elevating Your Life with Paula Vail,” through which she interviews a great variety of guests on topics including business and spiritualism.
Before turning her focus to Reiki, Ms. Vail was the owner of Lorenzo’s Restaurant in Tacoma, Washington, where she had worked her way up from her first position as a server. She had previously earned an Associate of Arts in accounting from Grays Harbor Community College in 1979. Looking toward the future, Ms. Vail hopes to continue serving as a guide for those hoping to learn the ways of Reiki, and to carry on supporting her nonprofit animal rescue shelter, Jackie’s Safe Haven.
