Guy Minshall, Clinical Manager of the Lavaca County EMS, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Providers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in emergency medical services.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Minshall attended culinary school at Llandrillo Technical College in the United Kingdom, and subsequently completed coursework as a first responder in emergency medical technology at Polk State College from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, he concluded his educational endeavors with coursework in emergency medical technology at the Orlando Medical Institute. Mr. Minshall holds numerous certifications, including as a master bartender, a paramedic, in clinical care, as a National Registered Paramedic with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and as a Flight Paramedic Certification with the International Board of Specialty Certifications. Since 2020, he has been a clinical manager with Lavaca County EMS, and since 2016, he has been an FT flight paramedic with Phi Air Medical. Mr. Minshall has also been a clinical manager of Colorado County EMS since 2016.

Mr. Minshall puts his culinary and bartending experience to work in his role as a master bartender and chief executive officer of Raizing The Bar, and as a master bartender at TGI Fridays. In 2000, he was the first ever worldwide beverage manager for the Hard Rock Café in Orlando, Florida, and previously he held a variety of posts. In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Minshall is the founder of the EMS Roaddocs motor cycle riding club, and has created a scholarship fund. Among his numerous achievements, he considers his most notable accomplishment to be his career as a paramedic, and in addition, he attended college at the age of 15 while working full time. In his spare time, Mr. Minshall enjoys conducting research and studying topics.
