Ms. Frate obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from Owens College in 1978. She is certified by the Center for Holistic Nursing Education and the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is proud to have launched a chapter for the American Holistic Nurses Association in 1992. In addition, she has maintained her affiliation with the Texas Association for Home Health and Hospice.
