In the years that followed, she earned a Bachelor of Science in university studies from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Brookline College. Later, she acquired a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.

There, she proceeded to build her reputation as a well-respected individual in her field. In 2014, she became the chief operating officer, which directly preceded her earning the title of chief executive officer in 2019. Ms. Speegle remains there today, continuing to excel in her role.

In the coming years, she hopes to start consulting with other businesses in her industry. Specifically, Ms. Speegle would like to focus on assisting minorities and people of color from areas that have been disparaged by the war on cannabis. Ideally, she would like to shift her focus to public policy and work with the governor of New Mexico.
