Ritu G. Jain, Executive Director at Stamford Health, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care administration.
Ms. Jain began her journey to professional excellence at Brandeis University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in biology. Her academic pursuits then brought her to the University of Illinois, where she earned a Masters of Public Health in health administration. In 2004, she completed a postgraduate residency at Johns Hopkins Health System. In the next year, she earned a General Education degree in healthcare through the Black Belt and Change Acceleration Process. Later, in 2010, she was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society of Quality.
Early in her career, Ms. Jain worked as the manager at the Society of Critical Care Medicine in Des Plaines, Illinois. From there, she began to gradually gain more responsibility with each of her roles. In 2005, she accepted a position as the senior administration manager at Northwell Health. She remained there until 2007, which is when she relocated to Stamford Health. She worked there as the senior project manager until 2012. In 2016, she was promoted to the executive director, which is her current role. In 2019, Ms. Jain earned the Top Innovator Award from Modern Healthcare, which is just one of many honors she has received throughout her career.
