Donna Duhaime Myers, Retired Systems Analyst at Tek Systems, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Professionals for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care technology.
Drawing upon an Associate of Science from the University of New Mexico, Ms. Myers is recognized in the field of health care technology as a successful systems analyst. Previously serving such companies as Tek Systems, Presbyterian Healthcare (retired in 2015), and Blue Cross Blue Shield, among others, she initially began working in the health care industry until the birth of her four children. After raising her children, she decided to return to work and subsequently found herself in the information technology department of various health care corporations. Throughout the course of her career, she has thoroughly enjoyed the work and found it to be challenging, yet rewarding.
Affiliated with the National Association of Professional Women and a listee with Stanford Who’s Who, Ms. Myers is a past captain of the Civil Air Patrol and has contributed her time to the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the Boy Scouts of America, her local Parent Teacher Association and Odyssey of the Mind. She cites a highlight of her career has been witnessing the growth and development of the health care system as a whole, and she notes that health care is better now than ever before. She was credentialed for COC and CPC until her retirement in 2019. She attributes her success to her parents’ influence, as well as the support and encouragement of her husband Dan, of 50 years. Looking toward the future, she intends to continue enjoying her retirement and begin writing a book about her family history.
