Dianne Liebel, PhD, postdoctoral geriatric fellow at the University of Rochester, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Medicine.
A leading expert in the field of medicine, Dr. Liebel has been a postdoctoral geriatric fellow at the University of Rochester since 2007. In addition to her primary roles, she held a T-32 geriatric fellowship with the National Institutes of Health from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in her career, Dr. Liebel was a nurse intervention supervisor with the Access Medicare Medicare Demonstration from 1997 to 2004.
Dr. Liebel began her career as a student at Alfred University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1978. She continued her studies with the College at Brockport, State University of New York, completing a Master of Education in community health in 1998. In 2007, Dr. Liebel earned a PhD from the University of Rochester, serving in a postdoctoral geriatric fellowship with the school in 2011, and with the school of nursing in 2012. She is a registered nurse in the state of New York.
